How do you ship the books I've ordered?
All book orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service or FEDEX ground service.

How do you ship original art and prints?
We take extra care when shipping original art. After all, these are one-of-a-kind original art that can never be replaced. We send this via FEDEX to ensure signature upon delivery. Prints are shipped rolled in tubes unless they are framed.

When do you charge my credit card for payment? How about backorders?
Credit card orders are charged at the time of shipment. If you make an order of several items, and one of the titles is out of stock, it is backordered. Any backordered title will not be charged to your credit card until it is available and ready to be shipped from our warehouse. Upon availability, we ship that title at no additional cost to you.
Soentpiet's web store ships books as they become available. Though we cannot control availability from the many different publishers we work with, we do our utmost to ensure that all titles featured on the web site are kept fully in stock. It is our goal to ship all items within two to three weeks of receipt of your order.

Remittance Must be in U.S. Dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. New York State Residents ONLY, please add your local sales tax on merchandise AND shipping. PO box holders please provide a street address for delivery. Lack of this information will delay your order.
