Damaged Merchandise
Though we pack and ship all books
and art with extreme care, in the unlikely event that you
received a damaged or defective item, please contact us and
we will assist you. There is never any problem with returning
damaged merchandise, so long as it is reported to us within
5 days of it being delivered to you.
Books
The book returned must be unpersonalized, new, unused and
unread condition. However, we will
always strive to accommodate you if we can.
Prints and Original Art
We only accept returns of original artwork or prints
that have been damaged during shipping. Please feel free
to call and discuss any artwork or prints you are considering
buying before placing your order. We pack all original art
with extreme care. However, should in the unlikely event
that a piece of art is damaged in shipment, please call
us immediately at

Soentpiet's web store does
not reimburse shipping cost for returned items unless the
item has been damaged in shipping. Soentpiet's web store normal business hours are 9:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern Time
