I remember when I was young; my mom encouraged me to keep a journal. So every night I would write what I did that day, and of course drew in my journal. Some days I didn't feel like writing in my journal, but my mom said the only way I can get good at writing, or anything in life is to PRACTICE and you know what she was right!! Because I practiced in my journal, I become a better writer and artist. I'm glad my mom asked me to keep a journal. In fact I still practice in my journal everyday, plus its fun!!
