PROJECT: BIRTHDAY HAT


 
step 1 Draw, cut and tape/glue/staple the pieces to form the birthday cake.
     
step 2 Cut candles.
     
step 3

 

Cut a long strip of paper about 2 inches wide and 2 feet long. If your paper is short, staple or tape several pieces together to form a long strip.
     
step 4 Staple the cake to the middle of the long strip of paper.
     
step 5

Measure the cake/strip to fit an individual head.

Staple the strip and cut off the excess.
